Microsoft to buy GitHub

I'm far from a competent coder but have been trying to learn the basics on the daily commute. (When the wi-fi doesn't cut out....and the trains actually run.) For the novice, the community, infinite resources and confusing wonders of GitHub are both endearing and awe-inspiring. Fascinated to see what Microsoft will do with it....
