Quantum computing is a field with huge potential and is a nascent field where patent positions are currently being established. CMS has been active filing and prosecuting patents in the quantum computing patent arena for around ten years. We are familiar with the types of objections raised by patent offices for this technology as well as how to address them. We have specialists in complex maths, including quantum computing and have experience supporting a range of clients in the field from large multi-nationals to start-ups. Our seminar “AI and quantum computing: business strategies” brought together academics, business leaders and scientists working in quantum computing.
