Our results indicate marked changes between 2021 and 2020 in the areas most likely to cause conflict and a more even distribution of the areas where risks could be better managed. The vast majority of respondents find there is room for improvement on how risks are managed - although a new small minority has emerged that believes there isn’t. These results underscore the continued importance to prepare for and address risk across construction projects worldwide.
