Our quarterly UK Tax Disputes Digest provides a high-level summary for general counsel, heads of tax and in‑house professionals navigating the fast‑evolving tax landscape. Each edition distils key developments from recent tax cases, HMRC activity, and procedural decisions from the tribunals - highlighting the issues that matter most and what they could mean for taxpayers.

Whether you are tracking new HMRC positions, monitoring nudge campaigns, or keeping pace with emerging global tax dispute trends, our Digest brings together practical insight and expert commentary to keep you informed.
