The vaccine business is a global 40 billion dollar business with significant scientific and IP complexity. The COVID19 pandemic highlights the critical value of vaccines in global health. We have deep experience in the protection of vaccines and related technologies. One of our partners worked in-house at GSK as a patent attorney in the vaccine business, managing vaccines in the areas of inter alia influenza, malaria, HPV and coronaviruses, and is a named inventor on second generation HPV vaccines. We have knowledge of prophylactic and therapeutic vaccines, protein and nucleic acid based vaccines, vaccine adjuvant technology, delivery technologies, and have experience of EPO opposition and appeal hearings in the vaccine space.
