BoE/FCA: MoU on the supervision of Financial Market Infrastructure – statement

In 2024, BoE and FCA wrote to CCPs, RIEs and RCSDs and now report that respondents remain fully supportive of the MoU, particularly with regard to the benefits of a coordinated approach to work on operational resilience. The authorities will continue to adopt a coordinated approach ahead of the publication of a final policy statement on operational resilience in H2 2025.
