Council of the EU: EBA to relocate to Paris

The Council of the EU announced that the European Banking Authority would relocate from London to Paris. The Council will prepare a legislative proposal to amend the EBA Regulation to give effect to this decision. “The Council and the Commission are committed to ensuring that these legislative proposals are processed as quickly as possible in view of the urgency of the matter.”
