FCA: Applying to approve financial promotions for unauthorised persons
FCA’s updated webpage notes that, as of 7 February 2024, firms need approver permission to approve financial promotions for unauthorised persons under FSMA, unless an exemption applies or they applied for approver permission before 7 February 2024 and thereby benefit from a transitional regime.
