FCA: Complaints data

FCA has published H1 2025 complaints data.  FCA notes that financial services firms received 1.85m complaints, a 3.6% increase from H2 2024.  Product groups that experienced an increase in complaint numbers are: investments, banking and credit cards, and decumulation and pensions.
