FCA: Concept Capital Group

In July 2025, FCA announced High Court proceedings against the firm and a number of individuals. The firm had promoted investments in static homes, promised fixed returns to investors and told them that the scheme was backed by the UK Government, claims that FCA considers were false or misleading.  FCA now reports that the High Court has placed the firm into administration which will put FCA’s proceedings against the firm on hold.  FCA’s claim against the individuals will continue.
