FCA: CP24/17: Enhancing the National Storage Mechanism
FCA is consulting on proposals to change the NSM’s data requirements for “regulated information’ (information disclosed by regulated market issuers in accordance with the DTRs, Listing Rules, and parts of MAR). FCA is also proposing to standardise the way Primary Information Providers submit information to the NSM. Responses are required by 27 September 2024.
