FCA: Final Notices: Dipesh Kerai/Bhavesh Hirani
FCA has fined the individuals for insider dealing in shares of Bidstack Group Plc. Bhavesh Hirani had been the interim CFO at the firm and had passed insider information to Dipesh Kerai. They bought 1.3m shares in advance of the announcement of a deal. FCA has fined them £56,000 and £52,731 respective. FCA notes that it was initially notified of the trading through STORs submitted by a firm.
