FCA: First Supervisory Notice: BeAccount Ltd
FCA has published this First Supervisory Notice (dated December 2025) which sets out a number of requirements on the firm, which has been prohibited from carrying out any e-money/payment services and ordered to return relevant funds. FCA states that it is not satisfied that the firm has the operational effectiveness and adequacy required to be able to identify, manage, monitor and report the risk of its business being used to facilitate financial crime.
