FCA: First Supervisory Notice: Direct Trading Technologies
FCA has placed a number of restrictions on the firm, preventing it from carrying on any regulated activities and restricting access to its assets and has now published the First Supervisory Notice dated 28 March 2025. FCA’s concerns include: a lack of systems and controls to prevent financial crime; poor governance and oversight, and failure to cooperate with the regulator.
