FCA: Guy Flintham

FCA reports on a confiscation order of £5,963,376.15 it has secured against Guy Flintham, who is serving a six-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to fraud by false representation.  He had operated a fraudulent investment scheme which took £19m from over 240 investors.
