FCA: CFD firms
FCA reports that 21 CFD firms have closed since 2025, following a crackdown. The regulator was concerned the firms were misusing their authorised status to mislead consumers.
FCA: Retirement income market data
FCA has published its analysis of data from firms on the retirement income market, covering the year April 2025 to March 2026.
