FCA: Notification and disclosure of net short positions

FCA has updated this webpage to note that that some aspects of the Short Selling Regulations 2025 will be implemented once the regulator has finalised new rules, including the new requirement to publish aggregated net short positions by issuer. In the interim, the existing UK short selling regime will continue to apply.
