FCA: Payments portfolio letter

FCA has published its “Dear CEO” letter which sets out the regulator’s priority areas of focus for the next two years for the sector.  These include: innovation; the Consumer Duty; financial crime; operational resilience; safeguarding of client funds, and governance/oversight.
