FCA: Principles for industry remedy development

Further to its Credit Information Market Study final report, FCA notes that it expects the future Credit Reporting Governance Body to seek stakeholder input to progress and implement industry-led remedies.  Some industry stakeholders have sought FCA’s views on how to progress these ahead of the formation of the CRGB.  FCA has published these principles in response to these requests and has invited comments.
