FCA: PS26/17: Enhancing fund liquidity risk management
Further to CP25/38, FCA has published feedback and final rules. New rules and guidance will come into force on 1 February 2027, with transitional provisions applying to some rules until 1 August 2027. It is noted that FCA will soon consult on wider liquidity proposals which will cover authorised retail funds investing in inherently illiquid assets, such as daily-dealt property funds.
