HMT: Mortgage Charter

HMT has published a policy paper setting out a mortgage charter that has been reaffirmed with mortgage lenders. The Charter sets the standards that mortgage lenders will adopt when helping regulated residential mortgage borrowers with concerns about higher interest rates.
