The Central Counterparties (Equivalence) (Singapore) (Monetary Authority of Singapore) Regulations 2023/1198

The SI has been made in order to specify that the legal and supervisory arrangements in relation to certain CCPs, authorised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore are equivalent to the UK’s corresponding regime.  (Date in force: 4 December 2023)
