The SI uses powers conferred by FSMA 2023 to amend the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 to give FCA fuller powers of direction in relation to commodity derivatives traded in OTC markets. (Date in force: 15 July 2025)
