The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (ESG Ratings) Order 2025/1349

This Order amends the RAO so that the provision of ESG ratings becomes a regulated activity within the meaning of FSMA.  (Date in force: 15 December 2025)
