We will focus on an issue that is imminent and thus important - the EU Trade Secrets Directive, which comes into force in only a couple of months.
You will get insights from two of our most experienced lawyers in this area - Tom Heremans from Belgium and Antonia Witschel from Germany. Each of them has taken numerous clients through the process of preparing for the directive's implementation and can share do's and don'ts that any company operating across Europe would find beneficial.
Tom and Antonia will talk about the background and evolution of the legislation, its important provisions and relevant issues and about helping business check if they are ready for the changes.
