    As of 1 January 2014, Dr Dorothee Ruckteschler, partner in CMS Germany, is the new Head of the CMS International Arbitration Group. She takes over the role from Dr Torsten Lörcher, who will now concentrate on his duties as Head of the CMS Dispute Resolution Practice Area Group, which includes the International Arbitration Group as a subgroup among its more than 300 specialist lawyers. Please view the PDF below to learn more.
