CMS advises Nilario on acquisition of Horus
CMS has advised Nilario, part of Systematic Growth, on the acquisition of Horus, a company specialising in geospatial intelligence, mobile mapping and infrastructure data solutions.
Horus develops integrated hardware and software technologies used for high-accuracy data collection, positioning, AI-enabled mapping, and infrastructure asset management.
Nilario delivers specialised solutions within industrial measurement, precision technologies, and infrastructure monitoring across a broad set of end-markets. Nilario’s mission is to provide its customers with high-precision technologies where it matters most. With this acquisition, Systematic Growth further strengthens its Infrastructure & Environmental Monitoring vertical.
