CMS Portugal advises Bensaude Hotels on the acquisition of Solar das Bouças
CMS Portugal advised Bensaude Hotels on the acquisition of Solar das Bouças in Amares, in the district of Braga.
Spanning over 30 hectares, Solar das Bouças comprises a historic manor house, two country houses – Casa da Eira and Casa de Montariol – a winery, and 21 hectares dedicated exclusively to the cultivation of local grape varieties, notably for Vinho Verde.
To advise Bensaude Hotels, CMS Portugal had a multidisciplinary team led by Corporate M&A partner Tiago Valente de Oliveira, which also included partners Sara de Almeida Barroso from the Urban Planning area and João Leitão Figueiredo from TMC/IP area. Also involved were lawyers André Guimarães and Ana Rita Santos from Corporate M&A, and Carlos Henriques Saraiva from Real Estate.
