CMS Portugal Real Estate team advised Pestana Group on the commercialization of Pestana Porto Covo Village I.

The legal support provided by CMS Portugal covered the commercialization phase, ensuring the legal structuring of the transaction and the project’s compliance with the legal framework applicable to tourist developments, as well as coordinating the various stakeholders, thereby promoting an integrated and efficient approach appropriate to the complexity and scale of the project.
