Patrick Dewerbe comments in Jornal de Negócios on current events related to the State Budget

Patrick Dewerbe, Tax Law Partner at CMS Portugal, points out in Jornal de Negócios some measures for the State Budget, with a view to attracting and retaining investment in Portugal.

Referring to corporate income tax, Patrick Dewerbe states that: “this year, a signal should be sent in this direction, reducing it from 20% to 19%,” and that it is necessary to “maintain this momentum and give confidence to investors.”
