Public Consultation - Simplification of licenses and procedures for companies in the environmental area
A draft of a law setting out measures to reduce the burden and simplify administrative procedures for companies in the environmental area was published yesterday for public consultation.
This proposal focuses on promoting the elimination of licenses, authorizations, acts and procedures in environmental matters considered unnecessary, without prejudice to the compliance with environmental protection rules, with the public administration focusing especially on monitoring, co-responsibility and self-control by economic operators.
Participation in the public consultation may be made until September 16, 2022 through the Consultation platform - Simplification of licenses and procedures for companies in the environmental area.
