Evgenia Peiffer advises national and international clients in commercial dispute avoidance and resolution. Evgenia is experienced in appearing before arbitral tribunals and state courts, and also acts as arbitrator. Her practice focuses on infrastructure and construction projects, post M&A disputes, as well as controversies arising in connection with supply, distribution and licensing agreements. With Eastern European roots and language skills, Evgenia has particular experience in disputes related to the CEE region. She has proven expertise in private international law and procedural law and regularly publishes on current topics in cross-border dispute resolution. She also lectures on international civil procedure and arbitration law at the University of Halle-Wittenberg.

Evgenia joined CMS in 2012.
