Katy is a Senior Associate in CMS’s planning team in London. Katy joined CMS in 2012 and trained with the firm. She practices in all areas of planning law, with a specialism in advising regarding large scale energy and infrastructure projects including the promotion of (and objection to) Development Consent Orders and Compulsory Purchase Orders. She has experience across multiple sectors, including nuclear, hydrogen, offshore wind, and energy from waste. Her experience spans the development process from pre-application strategy to post-planning matters.
