CMS advised GRAPHA-Holding AG on the acquisition of POLYDATA AG
An international team of CMS Switzerland, Austria and Germany under the lead of Stefan Brunnschweiler (CMS Switzerland) has advised GRAPHA-Holding AG, a single-family office and holding company for various industrial activities, on the acquisition of all shares in POLYDATA AG.
The POYLDATA/PIDAS Group operates in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. The expertise of the POLYDATA/PIDAS Group lies in the areas of customer service, customer experience and automation technology.
The POYDATA/PIDAS Group covers the entire range of the value chain, with its own software products as well as a comprehensive IT service and support. In addition, its newly formed subsidiary swiss moonshot AG, develops and distributes a cloud-based software platform for chatbots, business automation and artificial intelligence under the brand name "aiaibot". The POLYDATA/PIDAS Group currently employs approximately 350 people in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
