CMS Belgium advised Superbet in connection with the acquisition from Waterland of Napoleon Games Group, a leading Belgian operator active in the online, retail arcade and sports betting business, with casinos in Knokke and Middelkerke amongst others. Superbet is one of the biggest players in online gambling in Central and Eastern Europe. The group is also present in Austria and the United Kingdom.
