Berlin – Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH has completed its acquisition of all the shares in Hauptstadt Ruschestraße 103 GmbH. Hauptstadt Ruschestraße 103 GmbH is the owner and operator of a medical centre at Ruschestraße 103, 10365 Berlin.
A CMS team headed by lead counsel Dr Julius Städele advised Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH on all legal aspects of the transaction. W&I insurance was also taken out for the transaction.
