Leipzig – Investment manager Empira has acquired a portfolio consisting of 1,216 residential and commercial units in Berlin and Leipzig. The almost fully let portfolio comprises 74,857 square metres of space and is spread across twelve central locations. In Berlin, these include the inner-city districts of Friedrichshain, Neukölln and Mitte. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Jochen Lux again advised Empira on all legal aspects of the deal. Empira is a longstanding CMS client and relies on the firm’s expertise on a regular basis for real estate transactions.
