Berlin - The Bielefeld-based start-up VisionAI has successfully completed a seed financing round. The financing round was led by venture capitalist HV Capital. Well-known business angels also invested. VisionAI aims to offer artificial intelligence applications for competitive online shops, particularly to SMEs. This will enable companies to drive forward the personalisation of online shops and improve the user experience in terms of product recommendations and offer/content optimisation, for example. With the newly raised capital, VisionAI will increasingly internationalise its business and open up new markets.
A CMS team headed by Dr Friedrich von Spee provided VisionAI with comprehensive legal advice on this financing round. Start-ups, investors and founders of technology companies regularly rely on the expertise of the Berlin venture capital team.
