Jonas Ohmann advises on German and international venture capital, growth capital and M&A transactions, with a focus on advising financial investors, strategic investors and companies on investments and financing rounds as well as the sale or IPO of companies. His practice also covers corporate governance, the structuring of management and employee profit participation schemes and ongoing corporate law advice for start-ups.
After working as a research assistant at Hogan Lovells in Hamburg and Kirkland & Ellis in Munich, Jonas Ohmann joined the CMS Munich office in 2023.
