Niclas Minderjahn advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including related corporate law and white-collar crime issues. His practice covers employment law advice on restructuring, transaction and compliance projects as well as corresponding litigation. Niclas has particular experience in advising start-ups and is familiar with VC structures.

Niclas joined CMS in 2021. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer in the VC and corporate practice of a leading German transaction law firm.
