Dr Stefan Schreiber practises in the fields of intellectual property (with a focus on competition, trade mark and copyright law), IT and data protection. His industry focus lies on digital business models, e-commerce, platforms and e-health. He also advises on sports law, including e-sports. His clients include listed companies, SMEs and start-ups, as well as public sector clients. Dr Stefan Schreiber acts as an advisor within the framework of the CMS start-up programme equIP.
Dr Stefan Schreiber regularly gives (guest) lectures on IP law at HTWK Leipzig and on data protection law at BTU Cottbus.
Dr Stefan Schreiber joined CMS in 2013 and has been a Counsel since 2021.
