Disabled Talent Career Development Workshop
We host an annual career development workshop for disabled talent for employees with a disability/health condition.
Delivered by Kate Nash, OBE, Creator and CEO of PurpleSpace.org the professional development hub for disability confidence, the workshop provides a different way of thinking about disability and ill-health to help people to take more control over their lives by identifying the clear, practical steps they want to take to further their career. The workshop helps disabled employees, and their supervisors, to identify self-limiting behaviours and beliefs and develop the skills and confidence to tackle them head on in order to advance their career.
