We are very pleased to welcome you to the latest edition of our Construction Focus breakfast seminar series, taking place at our Sheffield offices on 19 October 2023. This event is the fourth instalment of the series, which deals with topical issues relevant to the UK construction industry. This seminar will once again be co-hosted by our construction disputes team, led by Fraser Askham, and our Sheffield transactional construction team, led by Helen Johnson.
The event will include presentations covering different construction-focused topics including:
- Smash and Grab adjudications
- Construction Procurement Processes
- The RAAC crisis
These talks will then be followed by a short Q&A.
The session will offer insights into how these topics are likely to affect the industry and how practitioners can navigate the commercial challenges presented. There will also be a fantastic opportunity to network with CMS’ growing construction team as well as members from construction and professional consultancy firms operating in and around the Sheffield area.
