Fraser has over 27 years of experience, which he uses to help clients resolve disputes and successfully deliver construction, engineering, energy and climate change, infrastructure and waste projects, within the UK and internationally.

He has substantial experience of acting in a project advisory capacity, working alongside client teams during project delivery and addressing risks to time, budget and project objectives.

A client on a series of multi-million US dollar disputes arising from the oil industry in the Caucasus region. The issues included complex cross-border arbitration issues and the UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
