The annual CMS Energy Planning and Real Estate Conference is taking place at Cannon Place, London, on Wednesday, 14 January 2026. 2025 has been another year of significant change in the energy planning and real estate sector, with the progress of the Planning and Infrastructure Bill, changes to the consenting regimes for data centres and energy projects and multiple policy developments. Further developments are expected throughout 2026.
