This autumn, a major overhaul of employment law was announced when the Employment Rights Bill was published. Our webinar will cover key areas affecting the food and drink sector, such as day one rights, ending exploitative zero hours contracts, and enhancing the right to request flexible working. In addition, from 26 October, employers must take reasonable measures to prevent workplace sexual harassment. Employment lawyers from our food and drink sector group, Finlay McKay and Matt Leon, share their views on these topical issues and the impact on your business.
