CMS’s second data-driven report on the UK competition law enforcement landscape will be launched on Thursday 9 October. You are invited to be among the first to hear the impact of this extensive research and analysis.
This year, as well as updating the CMA and associated appeals data, the scope of research is extended beyond the CMA to cover all the concurrent regulators – including Ofcom, Ofgem, the FCA and Ofwat, providing you with a comprehensive insight into UK regulators’ competition law enforcement activity and associated CAT appeals.
Please join us to hear from the authors, regulators and senior in-house lawyers, who will discuss the policies and practicalities behind recent competition investigations.
