The offices are let until May 2032 to Double Negative Limited, a leading visual effects company for feature film and television. There is also a small restaurant arranged over the ground and lower ground floors.
The sale is in line with GPE’s strategic business objectives.
Real estate partner Caroline Maude and associate Thomas Neale led the CMS team advising GPE. They were supported by Charlotte West (Construction), Lauren Alder (Tax) Hetty Tombs (Planning).
Caroline Maude said: “We are delighted to have supported GPE on the successful disposal of 160 Great Portland Street. The team worked closely with GPE on the building, from acquisition through refurbishment and pre-letting, with the sale completed, from start to finish, in two weeks.”
