International law firm CMS has advised Alliance Pharma plc on its new £165,000,000 revolving credit facility and a £50,000,000 accordion facility, with the transaction completing on 2 July 2019. The financing will provide Alliance Pharma plc further flexibility to deliver carefully targeted acquisitions over the next few years.
Alliance Pharma plc is an international pharmaceutical company listed on AIM, with strong expertise in the acquisition and licencing of healthcare and pharmaceutical products.
