International law firm CMS has advised Irene Forte Skincare, on a minority investment from global investment firm L Catterton.
Founded by Irene Forte in 2018, Irene Forte Skincare is an Italian high-performance natural skincare range. Driven by a deep sense of environmental responsibility, the entire line is sustainably produced and uses natural ingredients in formulations shaped by 35 years of skincare research and development. This investment from L Catterton will support the brand’s global expansion among luxury retailers and online partners, both in Europe and the US.
